Jamie Tram is an award-winning culture writer and screenwriter.

She is the Small Screens Editor at The Big Issue magazine and a film critic for the ABC. Her work has also appeared in The Guardian, Spectrum - The Saturday Age, Senses of Cinema, Filmink, and elsewhere. She's appeared on ABC’s Art Works, ABC Radio Melbourne and Triple R’s Primal Screen to discuss her favourite Hong Kong actors (among other less important topics).

In 2022, she co-wrote the animated short Graveyard Shift, which premiered at MQFF Opening Night. She is an alumni of MIFF’s Critics Campus and a 2023 Wheeler Centre Hot Desk Fellow. She is a tutor at the Victorian College of the Arts, as well as a Critcs Lab mentor for the 2025 Melbourne Women in Film Festival.
